The Italian Studies Faculty Cohort brings together faculty from across disciplines with a focus on Italy to discuss research trends and share scholarship in Italian politics, history, classics, medieval and Renaissance studies, art, music, and literature. We therefore seek to unify into a coherent field a wide range of topics that span the College and the Williams School. The ISFC sponsors guest and faculty research presentations throughout the academic year and seeks to support and prepare our students for study abroad in Italy and to help them more effectively integrate their experience once having returned to Lexington.
